Shocking!

Alcalde Gore picked up his prize after spewing carbon emissions from his private jet all the way there. (It's okay though he pays for offsets.) Is his shocking acceptance speech, the Alcalde announced again the most important way we as a world can save the planet on which we live; I quote:

We must understand the connections between the climate crisis and the afflictions of poverty, hunger, HIV-Aids and other pandemics. As these problems are linked, so too must be their solutions.

Convenient isn't it? All we have to do is solve this one and we solve them all!

And most important of all, we need to put a price on carbon — with a CO2 tax that is then rebated back to the people, progressively, according to the laws of each nation, in ways that shift the burden of taxation from employment to pollution. This is by far the most effective and simplest way to accelerate solutions to this crisis.
Fantastic isn't it? The love this man has for his planet and the people that live on it, well it just touches me.

I have got to start a company that takes money from guilt ridden Americans before the taxation starts. I should buy a piece of land and plant a tree for you.

In fact, shoot me an email, I will get you my paypal account information and plant a tree for you in my yard. When I have enough money from the sales I will buy a plot of land and together you and I will help save the world.

I will give you an OIBREC (Official Inconvenient Blog Renewable Energy Certificate) with a seal and everything. Act now and for every carbon credit you buy I will GIVE you that's right GIVE you, another 50% of the total you buy.
Buy 100 carbon credits and I will give you 50 for FREE! Who else is going to give you a deal like that?

Now how much would you pay?

So let us renew it, and say together: "We have a purpose. We are many. For this purpose we will rise, and we will act."

I am with you Alcalde! Send me your money NOW, so that we can both be around to enjoy it!
